FAQ'S

How long will my order take to arrive?

To serve you better and get the best prices, your order may be shipped from one of our International suppliers. Therefore please allow 7-25 business days for your parcel/s to arrive.

Due to the impacts of Covid-19 pandemic and the overload of the shipping company, your shipment might deliver more slowly than usual. 

Can I track my order?

When you place your order, you will receive a Purchase Confirmation email confirming your Order # and purchase details. You can cancel your order or make changes to your shipping information the same day you placed your order by midnight. After 6 hours, your order will be processed for stocking, packing and shipping and this normally takes 5-10 business days. When this is completed, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.

Once your order has shipped, we will send you another Shipping Update email with your tracking number. To track your package, you can insert your tracking number on Track my order page. Tracking information may not be available for the first couple of days after you receive your Shipping Update email. Several days may pass between package scans. We assure you that this is normal and will not affect your expected delivery date.

What if I want to return an item?

Here at CT mart our customers are important to us and we want you to be happy with your purchase.

It's important that you inspect your goods as soon as possible after they have been delivered.

  • Goods Damaged in Transit:

If an item is damaged in transit, you must contact us at contact@ct-mart.com within 3 business days of receiving the damaged item. We will make arrangements to have the item returned to us and either send you a replacement or issue a refund.

  • Return of Faulty Goods:

If you have received a faulty item, please contact us at contact@ct-mart.com so that we can assist you. Time frames for refunds on faulty good will vary from product to product.

  • Items that Cannot be Returned:

In the interests of hygiene, certain items cannot be returned to us once the packaging has been opened unless the item is faulty.
